• Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Commerce Cloud, and integrated enterprise systems. • Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. • Architect and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as ERP, middleware platforms, and third-party applications. • Define and manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and environment management processes to ensure smooth and reliable releases. • Establish best practices for release management, version control, and DevOps automation within Salesforce projects. • Provide technical leadership and governance across Salesforce development and architecture teams. • Mentor senior developers and technical leads, and conduct regular knowledge-sharing and capability-building sessions. • Contribute to building organizational Salesforce capabilities, frameworks, and reusable assets. • Ensure adherence to architectural standards, security guidelines, and performance optimization practices. • Collaborate with stakeholders to align Salesforce solutions with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
