• Aseguras el crecimiento del ARR de la vertical, mediante estrategias de monetización, producto, pricing y expansión regional y/o Latam. • Coordinas la ejecución transversal entre áreas clave (Producto, Tecnología, Comercial, Marketing y Customer Success). • Recopilas el feedback del cliente y coordinas mejoras en el roadmap con equipos de producto y tecnología. • Lideras el análisis comparativo de referentes nacionales e internacionales. • Desarrollas business cases robustos para la toma de decisiones ejecutivas. • Presentas recomendaciones estratégicas a D-Level. • Monitoreas KPIs del negocio y reportas resultados.

• Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of new software systems and enhancements to existing systems • Leading by example through hands-on coding, taking ownership of the main development work on critical features and core systems including contributing to problem definition and solution design in evolving requirements • Fostering a creative and cohesive unit capable of delivering complex software projects • Coordinating with scrum masters, project managers and other software engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain cloud/web/mobile and desktop applications • Ensuring all software engineering projects are delivered on time and to the agreed quality standards • Utilizing AI tools where appropriate to support development, improve efficiency, and assist in debugging and validation of solutions • Continuously improving technical knowledge and staying updated with emerging tools, including AI-assisted development practices, and sharing them with the team • Maintaining high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits • Providing regular performance feedback, coaching, and career development to team members • Facilitating root cause analysis of system issues and supporting resolution of production-related concerns when needed

Role Description - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based RESTful APIs and microservices serving member-facing digital products. - Build and evolve core Member Services platform capabilities including account management, card servicing, rewards, benefits inquiry, and transaction history. - Develop event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka for real-time member data processing, notifications, and service orchestration. - Implement GraphQL APIs to support flexible, efficient data delivery to mobile and web front-end clients. - Ensure API contracts are robust, versioned, well-documented, and backward-compatible across consumer teams. - Design loosely coupled, independently deployable microservices following domain-driven design (DDD) principles. - Deploy and manage services on cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) using containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes / OpenShift). - Implement service mesh patterns, circuit breakers, retries, and rate limiting for resilient inter-service communication.
