Senior Project Manager

• Lead the execution of complex projects within the Grid Automation solutions domain • Ensure alignment of project goals with overall business objectives • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively • Ensure safety and quality through the overall execution cycle • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams • Ensure clear communication and manage expectations throughout the life cycle of all projects in the portfolio • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation • Utilize planning and scheduling tools to monitor progress, manage the critical path and deliver the project in time • Ensure optimal budget control developing clear work breakdown structure • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks identified during project execution • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements • Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders • Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the energy or Grid Automation sector
- Proven experience in managing complex, multi-faceted projects
- Experience with protection relays, bay controller units, auxiliary relays, and telecom equipment is highly desirable
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel to customer sites and offices as required by the project plan (around 20%)
