• Contributing to ComboCurve’s client retention goals by driving product adoption and expanding usage through proactive, regularly scheduled touchpoints. • Serving as the primary owner of the consultative journey for an assigned portfolio of customers. • Advising clients on industry best practices, reservoir engineering workflows, and how to maximize value using ComboCurve. • Identifying opportunities for user growth and account expansion within existing client organizations. • Developing, executing, and maintaining strategic success plans tailored to each allocated customer. • Acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader within the oil and gas industry by contributing to relevant content, discussions, and insights. • Serving as the source of truth for all facets of your customer base, including technical workflows, business objectives, and account strategy. • Driving client adoption by aligning ComboCurve solutions with evolving business needs and operational goals. • Supporting customer inquiries through established support processes and ensuring timely resolution. • Advocating for customers internally by providing strategic feedback to Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to continuously improve the customer experience. • Travel intermittently for on-site customer engagements and trade shows.
Job Requirements
- A background of 1-4 years in Reservoir Engineering.
- Familiarity with reservoir engineering workflows, including but not limited to A&D evaluations, PDP forecasting, upside forecasting, and economic evaluations.
- Experience with ARIES, PHDWin, and other similar reservoir engineering and economic modeling software.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- A strong analytical and process-driven approach to problem solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

• Design transmission lines in the 69kV to 765kV range. • Perform structural analysis and design of pole, lattice, framed, and guyed structures. • Perform foundation designs. • Perform conductor selection studies, shielding, grounding and induction studies. • Develop cost estimates and schedules and prepare specifications for the procurement of transmission line materials and construction. • Specify transmission line components. • Model transmission lines in PLS-CADD, determine right of way requirements, calculate conductor sags, and develop transmission line plan and profile drawings. • Review vendor submittals.
• Gather and analyze electronic data exchange requirements from internal customers and external trading partners which includes, standard internet protocols, encryption methods, port assignments, file routing parameters, etc. • Design, configure, test, and implement production secure data transmissions to established standards to reduce security risk, adhere to regulatory compliance and maintain and protect the privacy of clients’ and employees’ sensitive data. • Provide technical support during critical and non-critical business hours on MFT applications, and related systems and services. • Is proactive and reactive for problem alerting, analysis, resolution, and follow-up to ensure platform and service stability, reliability, and availability. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of file transfer processes, configurations, and changes. • Support, and troubleshoot existing workflows and business processes to ensure secure and efficient data transmission. • Participate in the support of the Managed File Transfer (MFT) platform environments to validate transmission workflows and application functionality. • Participate on uncomplicated projects for secure electronic data exchange design to ensure the project meets security requirements. • Make process improvement suggestions and actively participate in discussions around potential ideas to automate current workflows, enhance efficiency and minimize human error. • Provide 24/7 3rd level support of system file transfer issues to ensure that all business critical files are transmitted timely.
