POSITION SUMMARY Candidates for this position must be Nevada-licensed with strong academic credentials. The candidate must be a positive, proactive “team player” who has a passion for advocacy and is ready to find creative legal solutions for their clients. The ideal candidate is ready to take on responsibility, independently handle cases, and analyze/research complex issues. The candidate will also have experience structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial. If you have 3+ years of experience with professional liability defense, legal ethics, or risk management, that is a plus, though not required. Coming to work with a solid work ethic, the desire to build your own career, along with excellent communication skills and a commitment to teamwork, will be critical factors for success in this position.
