• Act as main point of contact for Dynamic Ad Insertion (DAI), Display Ads and Orchestrator platforms • Analyze and resolve technical and platform issues • Gather business requirements and design appropriate solution architectures • Define and evolve Addressable TV and DAI platform architecture • Support the advertising data platform and related integrations • Design and support integrations with cable operators and external vendors • Manage long-term technical vision • Review and approve architectural changes • Act as technical contact for external partners (e.g. ad servers, measurement providers, technology vendors)

• The Oracle OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) Support 1 role operates under the guidance of the OTL Lead and is responsible for supporting the configuration, testing, and maintenance of the Oracle Fusion OTL module. • This includes hands-on involvement in the development and troubleshooting of fast formulas, time entry rules, and validation logic to ensure accurate time tracking and compliance with organizational policies. • Assist in the configuration and testing of time entry layouts, time categories, and time rules. • Develop and maintain fast formulas for time validations, accruals, and payroll integrations. • Support issue resolution during system testing and post-go-live stabilization. • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow. • Document configuration changes and support knowledge transfer to end users and support teams. • Monitor and troubleshoot time entry issues and escalate complex problems to the OTL Lead

The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of related architectural design experience and wants to lead, grow, collaborate, and innovate. - Work with data center mission-critical business unit leaders to meet with clients and build our emerging architectural data center practice. - Prepare architectural designs, scale drawings, and contract documents. - Follow project design guides and templates. - Research materials and assemble details ensuring understanding of materials and methods. - Mentor junior/mid-level design professionals and support proposal efforts. - Design projects will span across multiple clients and geographies. - Be an independent self-starter and move quickly and efficiently through a variety of design stages ranging from concept plans to construction documentation. Qualifications - Degree from an accredited college or university as required for Architectural licensure. - 10+ years of architectural design experience. - Previous experience with Data Center design. - Proficient with relevant software such as Revit and AutoCAD. - Registered Architect License is Required. - Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work. - Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally. - Location in metro Atlanta is preferable, but a remote position or one based at another Pond/Enercon office would be considered for the right candidate.
