Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in an operations, logistics coordination, or similar role
- Demonstrated experience managing freight and order fulfilment — not just administrative support
- Experience with invoicing and basic financial administration
- Exceptional written English — your customer communications represent a premium brand
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, project management tools, and comfort learning new systems quickly
- Available and responsive during Australian business hours — this is non-negotiable

Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated sales representative to increase HP OEM toner and ink revenue within commercial and SLED accounts by utilizing existing end-user and reseller programs. Responsibilities include: - Conducting cold calls, meeting with end-users and partners in person. - Creating deals and proposals using MS PowerPoint and Excel. - Managing forecasts and pipelines through MS Dynamics.
