• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects for SAP Business One and Acumatica clients • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and deliverables • Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and PMO processes • Manage project scope, change requests, dependencies, and issue resolution • Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, data migration specialists, and client stakeholders • Monitor project health, budget burn, utilization, and delivery risks • Serve as the primary client-facing project lead throughout the implementation lifecycle • Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and operational stakeholders • Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and delivery milestones • Proactively communicate project status, risks, escalations, and remediation plans • Ensure a positive customer experience focused on adoption, time-to-value, and long-term success • Drive consistency and quality across project documentation, status reporting, and implementation standards • Maintain accurate project forecasting, financial tracking, and CRM/PSA updates • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, tools, templates, and customer onboarding experiences • Support resource planning and future staffing forecasts across the Professional Services organization • Participate in post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives • Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies • Escalate critical project concerns appropriately with recommended action plans • Manage competing priorities while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and delivery quality • Ensure alignment between contracted scope, client expectations, and delivery execution
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of ERP project management experience
- Experience managing SAP Business One, Acumatica, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP implementations
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles, business process mapping, integrations, and change management
- Proven experience managing project budgets, timelines, scope, and cross-functional teams
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using project management and PSA tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- PMP certified
- Travel up to 25%
