Role Description SRI Telecom seeks an experienced OSP Construction Project Manager to contribute expertise across cross-functional project teams. Responsibilities include: - Assisting OSP Design Engineers in tracking, reporting, and analyzing key metrics for numerous projects. - Utilizing strong Excel skills to process milestone data, identify project focus areas, and present insights and dashboards to upper management. - Valuing technical proficiency and a proactive approach to process establishment for effective project management. Responsibilities: - Host cross-functional project meetings to get weekly updates on fiber builds & final activations. - Work with cross-functional teams to retrieve updates and track projects and status. - Maintain Data Integrity across databases using v-lookup and other comparison tools. - Perform general data mining to generate visual reports to key stakeholders. - Learn and develop an understanding of all systems, tools, and processes (i.e. reporting, capacity and ticketing tools, etc.) that support workflow of projects. - Suggest improvements. Qualifications - Telecommunications Construction knowledge is required. - Experience managing many fast-moving projects concurrently. - Experience driving projects to completion. - Experience keeping project calls on point and squashing rabbit holes. - Ability to track and report on milestones, identifying risks of missing deadlines and reasons. - Experience managing large amounts of data in Excel. - Strong analytical and numerical skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Organized, detail-oriented, and personable.
