Job Description

Broadband Specialist – Field Sales

T-Mobile

• Drive customer acquisition by engaging potential customers through door-to-door and community outreach activities to present broadband service offers • Conduct post-sale follow-up interactions to support customer satisfaction and service retention • Manage communication of service benefits and address customer inquiries to facilitate informed decisions • Collaborate with sales leadership to align outreach efforts with business objectives and market strategies • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Less than 2 years - Engaging with customers in a direct sales or retail environment, particularly in telecommunications or consumer electronics
  • Less than 2 years - Presenting and explaining complex product offerings effectively to potential customers
  • Less than 2 years - Working in a target-driven sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP): Certification that demonstrates knowledge and skills in sales strategies, customer interaction, and closing techniques (Preferred)
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP): Certification that enhances skills in delivering effective training and performance improvement interventions, useful for educating customers and teams about products (Preferred)

Role Description This role is responsible for the business requirements, adjustment, and improvement of solutions for BCD Energy Resource & Marine Operations. Projects and tasks can be linked to industry changes, client requirements, technology changes, new service models, cost reduction initiatives, operational audits, and more.
