Job Requirements

  • Forte capacidade analítica, raciocínio lógico e perfil investigativo.
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade para traduzir dados em insights claros para áreas não técnicas.

Role Description The Technology Finance Analyst I (Remote) supports the accounting and financial operations of the Technology Services department by: - Processing purchase orders and managing vendors. - Tracking monthly capitalization, operational costs, and amortization schedules. - Ensuring accurate coding of invoices. - Maintaining awareness of the department's budget. - Collaborating with vendors and assisting in maintaining financial accountability. Essential Responsibilities: - Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and invoices for technology-related purchases, while maintaining compliance with company policies. - Properly code and allocate invoices according to the correct general ledger accounts, departments, and cost centers. - Maintain accurate and clear documentation to ensure compliance with internal controls (SOX or equivalent), including approvals. - Assist with vendor onboarding, provide invoice coding guidance, and work to resolve billing issues. - Track and monitor monthly capital expenditures and operating expenses, ensuring expenses align with budget forecasts and flagging any variances. - Assist with monthly close activities and reconciliation of accounts (e.g., prepaids, accruals, reclasses, fixed assets, SaaS subscriptions) and resolve reconciling items timely. - Support quarterly and annual reporting requirements for technology-related financial activity. - Review statements and invoices for accuracy (term dates, usage, pricing, credits) and ensure spend is recorded in the correct period. - Assist with internal audits by providing documentation and clarifications related to department transactions. - Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes within the department, improving efficiency, accuracy, and data quality. - Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date. - Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all. - Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts. - Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation. - Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and Company operations. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. - 1+ Years experience in Accounting, preferably with exposure to technology or capital expenditure accounting preferred. - Strong understanding of general accounting principles (GAAP) and month-end close preferred. - Experience supporting technology organizations or technology spend categories (cloud, SaaS, IT services) preferred. - Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data validation) preferred. Requirements - Experience with accounting systems (e.g., D365, Exflow, Onestream) and/or expense systems (e.g., Concur, Coupa). - Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and communicate clearly with vendors, technical and non-technical stakeholders.
