Financial Program Control Analyst, Level I/II

• Support execution of program financial activities, including invoicing, accruals, and budget tracking • Review, validate, and support approval of monthly invoices in accordance with contract terms and funding constraints • Prepare and reconcile monthly accruals and accounts payable entries • Support calculation of OCONUS allowances • Manage Travel Authorization Report (TAR) routing and signature workflows • Prepare and process Direct Charge Access Form (DCAF) requests and modifications • Maintain detailed financial trackers for invoices, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and funding • Pull, review, and analyze Costpoint financial reports on a weekly and bi-weekly basis • Support preparation of financial deliverables for internal leadership and external stakeholders • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support program management decision-making • Assist with Purchase Requisition entry
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in program control, financial analysis, or government accounting
- Working knowledge of DoD/government contracting financial requirements and funding processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, tracking, and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally
