• Independent responsibility for managing and providing qualified consulting to existing customers within the assigned sales territory • Active new customer acquisition and targeted approach to existing customers in connection with product launches and sales initiatives • Systematic expansion of the opportunity pipeline through identification and development of profitable projects • Scaling successful reference projects to achieve sustainable revenue growth • Continuous market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends • Close, cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders (particularly Marketing, Application Engineering and Channel Management)
Job Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s degree or commercial or technical vocational training
- Several years of solid sales experience in a technical environment
- Proven practical experience in a sales role
- High willingness to travel within the defined sales territory
- Negotiation-level (business fluent) German and very good English skills
- Experience/knowledge in adhesive technology and the relevant market segments
- Proficient use of ERP and CRM systems (ideally Power BI and Salesforce)
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, persistent and results-driven, with strong communication skills
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and analytical abilities
