Roblox
• Own the strategy, execution, and outcomes for Roblox developer growth strategies of Europe. • Work directly with publishers, developers, emerging studios, and industry partners across Europe to drive adoption, accelerate development, and build long-term ecosystem relationships. • Serve as a strategic partner to developers. • Represent Roblox at industry events. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Creator, and International teams to scale Roblox as a destination for high-quality game development. • Proactively set team goals, monitor progress and conversation trends with key partners. • Partner with data scientists, product, engineering, and leaders across the company. • Become the voice of your partners, identifying and quantifying the critical action items that will impact our product growth in the region. • Communicate risk factors of the region and make difficult decisions. • Actively share reports to reflect the impact of your work with the company.
Job Requirements
- Based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate.
- 6+ years of experience in technical project management.
- Able to proactively communicate with all key stakeholders.
- Experienced with launching a technical product in international markets.
- Experienced with using Roblox Studio or another game development engine (eg. Unity or Unreal).
- A researcher with a unique skill set to quickly ramp up and understand your target audience needs.
- Passionate, full of positive energy, and a role model to others.

Role Description The Client Relations Specialist/3rd party Navigator role includes managing egg donor, sperm donor, and gestational carrier screening & matching to intended parents for the end-to-end coordination of all 3rd party screening, compliance, and matching within the NEST program/Spring/Open Fertility. This role ensures adherence to FDA regulations, internal SOPs, and legal requirements while delivering a high-touch, patient-centered experience for egg donors, sperm donors, gestational carriers, and intended parents. This position plays a critical role in scaling the 3rd party program while maintaining operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction. Some day-to-day responsibilities include: - Review and process egg donor, sperm donor, and gestational carrier applications, coordinating preliminary testing prior to physician screening. - Facilitate matching between donors/gestational carriers and intended parents based on clinical, personal, and logistical compatibility. - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned GC/IP and Donor/IP cases, guiding patients through screening, matching, and pre-treatment readiness. - Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with FDA regulations, internal SOPs, and confidentiality standards. - Create treatment calendars and provide step-by-step instructions to patients throughout their journey. - Confirm legal contracts, confidentiality agreements, and financial clearance are completed before treatment begins. - Manage patient concerns and escalations with timely, empathetic resolution. - Maintain and optimize workflows within the NEST platform while identifying process gaps and supporting SOP development. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, fertility, or third-party reproduction preferred. - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - High attention to detail and ability to manage complex workflows. - Ability to multi-task, manage high volumes of clients, and communicate succinctly using different formats.
