• Discovery & Prioritization: Partner with Finance, Sales, Ops & Product to identify high-ROI automation opportunities & evaluate them based on business impact versus technical effort. • Workflow Engineering: Design, prototype, and deploy end-to-end AI workflows by building our orchestration stack (e.g., n8n, Vector Databases) and connecting various endpoints via APIs to build a universal memory for Cosuno. • Scaling & Modularity: Build solutions that are modular and reusable across different departments to avoid "reinventing the wheel" for every new request. • Enablement & Governance: Establish AI guardrails, while enabling AI champions in other departments to work with the automations themselves. • Monitoring & Optimization: Define and track success metrics (ROI, time saved, reliability) to ensure automations deliver continuous value.

• As a Control-M Administrator and Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our client's batch job schedulers, FTP Server connections, connectivity with the file storage (OnBase) and maintenance ensuring they operate smoothly and securely to meet business needs. • Scheduler Installation and Configuration: Installing and configuring new software on servers and workstations as needed. • Scheduler Monitoring: Actively monitoring scheduler, identifying potential issues, possible network bottlenecks, and security threats, etc. • Scheduler User Account Management: Creating, managing, and maintaining user accounts and permissions to ensure data security and access control. • Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to scheduler, network connectivity, and user access. • Security Management: Implementing and enforcing security policies, managing firewalls, etc. • Performance Optimization: Monitoring scheduler performance metrics and implementing optimization strategies to improve efficiency and responsiveness. • Capacity Planning: Assessing future needs and planning for upgrades or infrastructure changes to accommodate growth as needed.

• Design and build automation for GRC processes, including evidence collection, control validations, real‑time control effectiveness checks, and broader GRC workflows. • Use AI‑native tools (Cursor, Claude Code, MCP integrations) to rapidly build recurring scripts, agents, and automations, prioritizing speed and scalability. • Build integrations across Snowflake, Databricks, Jira, GitHub, Okta, cloud APIs, and internal systems to unify and automate control evidence. • Design data pipelines that aggregate and normalize risk‑relevant data to support KRIs, control‑maturity insights, and risk dashboards. • Build dashboards and operational views that present risk trends, scenario inputs, and control‑maturity indicators alongside audit‑readiness status.

• Design and deploy AI agents that handle operational work across Aspire Software and its portfolio companies • Measure impact in hours of labor replaced or team output increased • Work directly with portfolio company operators to identify the highest value automation opportunities • Develop new AI-powered products such as vertical voice agents, AI copilots, workflow automation tools, and AI documentation systems tailored to Aspire’s vertical markets • Own the product from prototype through launch, including reaching first paying customers • Move fast from idea to MVP to production • Run beta tests with real users, gather feedback, and improve continuously • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
