Operations Manager

WeFi

• Own operational execution of new partnerships and initiatives once signed by the COO, ensuring smooth internal rollout from agreement to launch. • Translate partner and business requirements into clear internal tasks and drive cross-functional alignment and execution across product, tech, compliance, finance, support, and legal • Coordinate end-to-end operational workflows including card issuance, partner communication, shipping logistics, KYC alignment, and fulfillment tracking • Proactively identify bottlenecks, resolve blockers, and escalate risks early to prevent delays • Ensure operational timelines are met and stakeholders are held accountable to agreed deliverables • Maintain structured tracking of ongoing initiatives, KPIs, and operational risks • Help build and improve internal processes and SOPs to reduce friction and increase scalability • Support compliance and regulatory readiness by coordinating documentation, due diligence materials, and operational requirements for partner onboarding • Communicate clearly and consistently through weekly reporting, highlighting progress, risks, and dependencies • Operate independently with full ownership of delegated tasks, without requiring micromanagement
