• Focus primarily on ISPs as the core customer segment, building relationships with decision-makers at small, mid, and large ISPs across Brazil. • Develop new business opportunities with ISPs, carriers, telecom operators, enterprise customers, technology companies, data centers, resellers, and other buyers of connectivity and digital infrastructure. • Actively prospect new customers, open strategic accounts, and generate a commercial pipeline from scratch in the Brazilian market. • Generate, manage, and develop a strong sales pipeline, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal closure. • Build and maintain long-term commercial relationships with new and existing customers, acting as the main commercial point of contact. • Maintain consistent commercial follow-up with customers, ensuring timely responses, clear communication, and proper coordination with internal teams. • Support customer issue resolution when needed, coordinating with internal teams to protect long-term commercial relationships. • Sell wholesale telecommunications and digital infrastructure solutions, including IP Transit, backbone connectivity, EPL (Ethernet Private Line), Wave, DDoS mitigation, and related services. • Identify customers’ technical and commercial needs and position EdgeUno’s portfolio consultatively. • Negotiate commercial terms, prepare proposals, and manage the full sales cycle through closing. • Work closely with Pre Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are commercially viable and technically executable. • Track sales goals, pipeline progress, and account activity in the CRM system. • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in Brazil to identify new growth opportunities.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for Account Managers, customers, pricing, and Network Operations. • Identify technical solutions and define detailed requirements for service implementation, understanding customers’ existing solutions, locations, and technical needs. • Collaborate across teams (Sales, Carrier Relations, Product, Engineering) to develop technical solutions aligned with EdgeUno’s strategic goals. • Drive technical qualification of business opportunities, identifying and resolving key customer technical objections. • Create and present technical proposals/solutions in a complete, well-illustrated, and compelling fashion. • Build key technical relationships with major customers to solidify reference accounts and assist with account growth plans. • Lead the internal and external Kickoff Meetings for all closed deals. • Lead the entire pricing process for all assigned opportunities and leads. • Present and demonstrate the technical capabilities of the EdgeUno portfolio. • Frame product issues for discussion and resolution with Product and Engineering teams. • Contribute to RFPs, RFIs, and Bids with technical accuracy and clarity.

• Build AI-powered tools and internal assistants that help teams automate daily tasks • Develop AI agents capable of generating reports, summarizing communications, and supporting internal workflows • Build knowledge assistants trained on company documentation and internal knowledge bases • Prototype and experiment with new AI capabilities to support different business teams • Design automation workflows combining LLMs, structured data, APIs, and internal systems • Develop automation tools that connect multiple platforms used by the company • Create AI-driven internal dashboards, reports, and operational summaries • Automate repetitive tasks across departments such as sales, marketing, operations, and support • Integrate AI systems with internal company tools such as CRM platforms, Slack or Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, ticketing and support systems, internal databases and APIs
• Design and build AI-powered tools and internal assistants that help teams automate daily tasks at scale. • Develop AI agents capable of generating reports, summarizing communications, and supporting complex internal workflows end-to-end. • Build knowledge assistants trained on company documentation and internal knowledge bases. • Lead prototyping and experimentation with new AI capabilities, evaluating technical feasibility and production viability. • Architect automation workflows combining LLMs, structured data, APIs, and internal systems. • Develop automation tools that connect multiple platforms used across the company. • Create AI-driven internal dashboards, reports, and operational summaries. • Automate repetitive tasks across departments such as sales, marketing, operations, and support. • Integrate AI systems with internal company tools, including CRM platforms, Slack or Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Ticketing and support systems, Internal databases and APIs. • Ensure reliability, observability, and maintainability of AI tools integrated with internal platforms. • Define technical standards and best practices for AI development within the team. • Continuously improve AI tools based on feedback from internal teams, monitoring performance and iterating fast. • Evaluate and adopt new AI models, automation tools, and frameworks with a critical and practical lens. • Maintain thorough documentation for AI workflows and automation systems. • Proactively identify new opportunities where AI can increase efficiency across the company and bring structured proposals to leadership.
• Develop and implement a company wide continuous improvement strategy aligned with business priorities • Partner with leadership to align operational excellence initiatives with revenue, scalability, and profitability objectives • Act as a transformation leader promoting a culture of operational discipline and accountability • Identify, analyze, and prioritize processes to streamline and optimize efficiency • Lead cross functional teams to conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and performance diagnostics • Design and implement process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other relevant methodologies • Detect and implement opportunities for digitalization and automation • Ensure sustainability of improvements through structured follow up and post implementation reviews • Develop and maintain end to end process flowcharts and documentation accessible across the organization • Define acceptance criteria, control points, and process standards • Monitor adherence to established processes and intervene where discipline breaks down • Ensure maintenance and updates of the Business Process Architecture and Integrated Management Systems, including relevant certifications • Define, implement, and maintain KPIs to monitor operational performance and project impact • Develop dashboards and structured reporting to track efficiency, cost reduction, and service quality • Provide regular executive level reporting on progress, risks, and improvement outcomes • Establish and oversee quality assurance processes across operational workflows • Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with defined standards • Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve product and service quality • Engage proactively with business areas to understand objectives, constraints, and challenges • Analyze requirements to solve complex business problems through systems and technology • Collaborate with Solution Architects and internal teams to ensure operational feasibility of solutions • Research and evaluate new technological tools to improve scalability and efficiency • Lead and facilitate change initiatives across departments • Act as a change agent to embed continuous improvement principles into daily operations • Negotiate and mediate with technical and business areas to align improvement roadmaps and action plans • Support business leaders in best practices related to organization design, delegation, decision making, and team structure • Develop and deliver training programs on operational excellence methodologies and process standards • Coach leaders and teams on structured execution, KPI ownership, and accountability • Maintain documentation and knowledge materials to institutionalize best practices
