Role Description As an Agentic AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced agentic AI solutions capable of autonomous planning, reasoning, and task execution. Your work will include: - Developing and integrating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance agents' reasoning capabilities with external knowledge sources. - Implementing multi-agent communication protocols to enable seamless collaboration and coordination among agents. - Collaborating cross-functionally with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Product Teams to deliver robust, end-to-end AI solutions. Qualifications - Proven experience in developing and deploying Agentic AI systems solutions, preferably in financial services. - Strong experience with prompt engineering and LLMs, like LLaMA, OpenAI, Bedrock, etc. - Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture. - Experience designing solutions using agentic frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, and AutoGen. - Experience in implementing AI Agent design patterns. - Experience in implementing agent-to-agent communication frameworks and multi-agent task handling systems, Agents based on MCP. - Proficiency in software development languages such as Python, Java, C#, etc. - Work experience with cloud-based services and designing/building on the cloud, especially Azure. - Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance in designing and developing Agentic solutions. - Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.
