Role Description This position is part of the HVACR team and is responsible for qualifying vendor quotes on scope and price, client facing responsibilities including managing the relationship, sharing proposals, and ensuring client success through meeting SLAs and KPIs. This position requires extensive technical HVAC knowledge, attention to detail, a collaborative approach with vendors and internal teammates, and forward thinking attitude around emerging tools and resources both in the field and office. - Oversee daily HVACR operations across all assigned facilities. - Meet with clients weekly for reports and updates. - Provide technical support to commercial HVACR service provider partners. - Obtain manufacturer proposals or purchase HVACR materials as needed. - Ensure work order completion. - Quote new services. - Assign vendors. - Dispatch technicians timely. - Ensure resolution to client issues. - Evaluate and reconcile invoices. - Other duties as required or assigned. Qualifications - 2 to 5+ years of experience in commercial HVACR R&M. - Previous field experience is a significant plus. - Analysis / Project Management skills. - Communication skills. - People Management. - Commercial HVAC technical understanding and trade knowledge. - MS Office + WOM platforms. - Forward thinking utilization of AI and other resources. - Curiosity to try new things.

The role assists Facilities Managers with proposal development, dispatching HVACR technicians, and tracking jobs through completion and timely invoicing. The growth path for this role includes moving up into an FM role with people and account management responsibilities. Job Responsibilities - Manage HVACR repair and maintenance (R&M) work orders and PM programs for assigned client accounts, overseeing projects from initiation through completion while maintaining service level expectations. - Coordinate dispatch of commercial HVACR technicians and vendors for routine maintenance, emergency service, and system repairs, ensuring timely response and job completion. - Obtain vendor assessments, diagnostics, and pricing for HVACR equipment.
