Role Description RS Group is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing large, complex programmes or multiple programmes across key areas including Infrastructure, SAP ERP, and Supply Chain. You will play a critical role in shaping ideas and proposals into fully delivered outcomes, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation—from delivery teams through to C-suite executives. Qualifications - Extensive experience managing complex programmes, portfolios, and large-scale transformation initiatives. - Proven experience delivering programmes across Infrastructure, SAP ERP, and Supply Chain environments, with strong expertise in SAP ERP and Supply Chain transformation. - Demonstrated experience delivering major programmes including Supply Chain (£5–10m+), SAP ERP (£10m+), and large IT transformation initiatives (£15m+). - Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, SAP ERP modules, integration platforms, supply chain systems, and network architecture. - Expertise in traditional governance frameworks with a good understanding of Agile delivery and sprint management. - Ability to define programme objectives, scope initiatives, and align delivery with organisational strategy. - Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior leaders and cross-functional teams. - Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop project and programme management professionals. - Strong capability to manage multiple complex programmes and workstreams simultaneously. - Analytical mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and deliver solutions in fast-paced environments. - Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Planview, and Microsoft Teams for programme delivery and reporting. - Strong experience in budget ownership, financial forecasting, and cost control. - Understanding of organisational change management principles and transformation delivery. - Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
