Role Description We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our client’s law firm in day-to-day operations and administrative coordination. This role will involve assisting attorneys and internal teams by ensuring smooth workflow management, timely communication, and organized documentation across ongoing matters. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting legal or professional service environments and be comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced setting. - Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for attorneys and internal teams. - Assisting with document preparation, formatting, and organization. - Maintaining and organizing files securely using Dropbox or similar systems. - Utilizing MyCase (or similar tools) for basic case tracking, document management, and administrative support. - Handling email communication, follow-ups, and correspondence with clients, attorneys, and external stakeholders. - Tracking deadlines, tasks, and ensuring timely completion of administrative deliverables. - Supporting general office operations, including data entry, record keeping, and workflow coordination. - Maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to legal and ethical standards. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably within a U.S.-based law firm or professional services environment. - Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - Experience supporting legal teams or working in a law firm is a plus. Role Description Les missions consistent à analyser les besoins logistiques et assurer le suivi des approvisionnements, en particulier des articles en tension. Il s’agit également de gérer les demandes d’achat, piloter les commandes jusqu’à leur réception et veiller au respect des délais fournisseurs, incluant relances et gestion des litiges.
