Enterprise Carrier Success Manager
DAT Freight & Analytics
• Account Planning: Use internal tools and data to develop customer engagement plans, identify gaps in usage, and take action to drive adoption. • Customer Training & Enablement: Understand DAT’s product suite and services to effectively communicate value, provide training, and support day-to-day customer needs. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and bring in appropriate DAT resources to support customer success. • Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve client issues or concerns, acting as a customer advocate within the organization. Solving for compliance and receivables for current enterprise customers. • Proactively identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the account base while also identifying at-risk accounts before they reach cancellation. • Engagement Cadence: Maintain regular communication with customers to understand evolving needs and ensure alignment with DAT solutions.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mentality.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Highly organized and able to manage several initiatives simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

This role plays a critical part in driving the successful implementation and adoption of our enterprise solutions, ensuring improved patient outcomes and operational efficiency across healthcare systems. As an individual contributor, you will participate in multi-functional team efforts and effectively communicate all aspects of the business to internal and external stakeholders Key Responsibilities: • Engage with internal teams to understand the unique requirements of each healthcare facility. This collaboration ensures that all data collection efforts are aligned with the specific needs and goals of the customer. • Assist in gathering detailed initial data provided by customers, including workflow diagrams, protocols, screening criteria, and compliance tools.
