• Act as a Senior Product Owner in the construction and evolution of software development tools; • Lead the strategy and implementation of Spec Driven Development (SDD); • Define and improve specification-driven development processes; • Connect development teams, architecture, and AI initiatives; • Ensure integration between tools, processes, and teams; • Manage and prioritize the backlog with a focus on value and efficiency; • Monitor metrics and drive continuous improvements; • Participate in technical decisions and support engineering best practices; • Identify opportunities for innovation and AI usage in development; • Translate technical requirements into business value for stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field;
  • Approximately 6 years of experience in software development and/or roles such as Developer, Software Engineer, Product Owner, Tech Lead, or Scrum Master;
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban);
  • Practical experience in software development and an understanding of the day-to-day of technical teams;
  • Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC), CI/CD tools, and backlog management;
  • Familiarity with Spec Driven Development (SDD) or Domain-Driven Design (DDD);
  • Basic knowledge of AI agent architectures, large language models (LLMs), and integrations;
  • Prior experience working at the interface between technology and business;
  • Preferred: postgraduate degree or certifications in agile methods or Product Management.

Role Description We are seeking a Payments Product Manager/Business Analyst for a 6-8 month remote contract. The Payments Product Manager will support our client's Bill / Unified Billing effort at their Credit, helping define and deliver payment capabilities that enable a simplified, consistent billing and payment experience for customers.
