• Own regional business performance across EMEA, including revenue attainment, customer satisfaction, and operational execution • Lead and scale the company’s EMEA go-to-market organization across sales, customer success, support, and services functions • Carry and manage the regional revenue target, partnering closely with Account Executives and regional GTM leaders to drive pipeline and close strategic deals • Work directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and long-term customer success • Develop and execute regional hiring plans to support continued growth and customer demand • Partner with Executive leadership teams to align regional execution with global strategy, processes, and operating models • Identify operational gaps and proactively recommend scalable solutions as the EMEA business matures • Serve as a strategic thought partner on future regional infrastructure needs across services, support, and customer operations • Participate directly in customer conversations, strategic accounts, and complex deal cycles • Build strong relationships with key regional partners and customers across the audit and advisory ecosystem.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, audit technology, financial services technology, or related industries
- Proven experience leading revenue or go-to-market organizations in EMEA
- Strong understanding of the audit, accounting, advisory, or risk/compliance ecosystem
- Strong commercial leadership skills with experience managing regional quotas, forecasting, and GTM execution
- Proven experience hiring, developing, and leading high-performing customer-facing teams in fast-growing environments
- Experience managing cross-functional customer-facing teams, including sales, customer success, services, or support organizations
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping build regional infrastructure from the ground up
- Executive presence with the ability to influence internally and externally
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across international teams and time zones.
