Job Description
Senior Product Designer
Cosuno
Role Description Take full ownership of the end-to-end product design process, working on clearly defined problems in close collaboration with the Product Team — from ideation and prototype testing to ready-to-ship visual designs. - Collaborate with our existing Product Designer to evolve our design language and ensure a cohesive experience across both sides of the platform. - Work hand-in-hand with our product and engineering teams, identifying high-impact UX opportunities and delivering solutions that are technically feasible and ship fast. - Translate concepts into high-fidelity designs, adhering to and maintaining our scalable design system in Figma. - Craft clear, engaging UI copy to guide users through the product. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer in a well-known B2B SaaS company or high-growth SaaS startup. - Proven ability to design complex, desktop-first B2B web applications end-to-end — from problem framing to interaction design and handoff, ideally demonstrated in your portfolio. - Strong product thinking: Ability to find pragmatic “80/20” solutions that balance user value, technical constraints, and business goals. - Expert-level Figma skills and experience collaborating with other designers in shared workspaces, including component libraries and design systems. - Self-driven, outcome-oriented, able to work independently while communicating trade-offs and constraints clearly. - Native German speaker with fluent English. Requirements - Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (like Claude code, cursor etc) to build realistic, functional prototypes. - Foundational understanding of HTML/CSS to ship smaller improvements to the product or website yourself. - UX copywriting experience. Benefits - You'll shape a product that solves real-life problems in the construction industry and see the results of your work in the hands of real users. - You’ll work in an open-minded, collaborative, and international team where your ideas are valued. - Choose to work fully remote (within Germany) or from our modern office in Berlin Friedrichshain. - Regular company and team events (offline and online). - Competitive compensation, a permanent contract, and modern work equipment. - An open feedback culture with regular 1-on-1s to support your professional development. Company Description Cosuno – Revolutionizing construction through technology. - We are Cosuno – a fast-growing tech startup that is making the construction industry more efficient and transparent with our digital platform for tenders and procurement processes. - Our goal: to solve the most complex challenges in the industry with innovation and simplicity. - Artificial intelligence is the key to our solution: it analyzes millions of price data points and helps construction companies create precise and efficient bids. - This not only saves our customers time but also helps them avoid unnecessary costs. - At Cosuno, you will work with creative minds who are reshaping the construction industry. - We believe in diversity because we know that the best ideas come from different perspectives. - An integrative and inclusive work environment is a matter of course for us.
