Program Governance & Performance Control - Establish robust rollout governance, including planning, milestone tracking, progress reporting and executive dashboards. - Drive disciplined execution using data-driven performance management. - Proactively manage risks and dependencies; ensure early escalation with actionable recovery plans. 3. Site Acquisition & Permits - Lead and oversee Site Acquisition strategy, execution and capacity. - Manage interfaces with landlords, building management, authorities and councils. - Reduce SA cycle time and minimize rollout delays caused by approvals and permits. 4. Vendor & Partner Management - Lead multi-vendor rollout ecosystems including civil works, implementation partners and subcontractors. - Hold vendors accountable for delivery, quality, safety and cost. - Drive corrective actions, recovery plans and performance improvements where required. 5. Financial & Commercial Accountability - Own rollout cost control and delivery within approved budgets. - Identify and mitigate financial risks, cost leakage and inefficiencies. - Support contract management activities related to rollout scope, changes and claims. 6.
