• Own core product development processes end-to-end: scope, prioritize, ship, iterate, while raising the quality bar across the org • Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to drive an entrepreneurial culture grounded in transparency, rigor, and accountability • Help define and evangelize the product vision as Indigo scales rapidly • Build and maintain roadmaps, feature specs, and launch plans that continuously sharpen the experience for users and underwriters alike • Bring structure to ambiguity. Distill high level business goals into clear, actionable product bets • Leverage AI tools actively in your workflow: research, synthesis, prototyping, documentation. Not as novelty, but as leverage
Job Requirements
- 3-7 years in product management, including at least one 0-to-1 build you're proud of
- A track record of owning outcomes, not just outputs. You set the bar high for yourself and hold yourself to it
- Fluency with AI-powered tools (LLMs, copilots, automation) and an instinct for where they create real product value
- Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can align a room or write a crisp PRD without hand-holding
- Highly analytical with a knack for telling stories with data. You use numbers to build conviction and drive alignment, not just to report status
- Strong cross-functional instincts. You know how to lead through influence, not authority
- A bias for action. You iterate quickly, learn faster, and don't wait for perfect
- Bachelor's degree required; technical or software background is a plus.
