• Independent management of Google Ads campaigns for Android, iOS, and web • Strong command of account structure, automation tools, and Google Ads analytics • Effective work with MMPs (tracking setup, optimization of existing configurations) • Scaling marketing investments while maintaining target profitability • Implementing marketing hypotheses that measurably improve ROAS • Deep understanding of the product, its business context, and target audience • Planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns with a focus on achieving target profitability metrics • Generating, running, and analyzing tests of new hypotheses (audiences, formats, bidding strategies, creatives) to increase ROI • Regular monitoring of campaign performance and making timely adjustments to settings, budgets, and strategies • Collaborating with creative marketers to generate ideas for new ad creatives • Working with the product team to identify funnel growth opportunities, create requests for product improvements, and improve user onboarding • Competitor analysis: researching advertising activity and identifying new growth opportunities • Maintaining a structured and scalable Google Ads account (campaigns, ad groups, naming, tracking)

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in performance marketing (PPC / User Acquisition or related roles)
  • Experience managing budgets of $50K+/month
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROI, ROAS, ARPU, LTV) and how to influence them
  • Experience scaling campaigns without significant loss of efficiency
  • English level sufficient for communication with partners (including Google)

Role Description The Advocacy Specialist will work with colleagues to reduce the burden of cancer in the Prairie Region by advocating to governments and other stakeholders to ensure public policy is in place to help lower the public’s risk of developing cancer and improve the lives of those affected by cancer.
