Senior Back Office Analyst

• Portfolio Management: Processing and reconciliation of Fixed Income, Equities, Funds and Offshore transactions. • Financial Control: Management of settlement, control of corporate actions (dividends, interest) and rigorous verification of brokerage notes. • Operational Flow: Execution of movements (redemptions, subscriptions, portability/transfers), foreign exchange operations and opening tickets on platforms (e.g., XP Connect). • Data and Compliance: Validation of client data (KYC), document organization and liaison with Management and Compliance teams. • Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and propose automations to increase the efficiency of operational routines.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience: Proven experience in Back Office at Banks, Brokerages, Asset Managers or Family Offices.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel: Proficiency with complex formulas, pivot tables and basic automations (VBA or macros are a plus).
  • Market Systems: Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal, XP Connect, HUB or custody systems.
  • Analytical Profile: Strong attention to detail, data validation skills and a zero-error mindset.
  • Efficiency Mindset: Interest in process automation and workflow optimization.

Role Description The Revenue Integrity Corporate Charge Management Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and compliant charge capture across all hospital revenue-generating departments. This Analyst is responsible for: - Reviewing clinical documentation and analyzing charge data. - Identifying discrepancies or variations in daily total charges. - Supporting optimal revenue cycle performance, regulatory compliance, and financial accuracy across the organization. Responsibilities Essential Functions: - Review documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) to ensure accurate capture of procedural and supply charges. - Analyze and update patient accounts in assigned work queues, ensuring timely and complete account review and finalization. - Run and review reports to identify unposted logs; validate and post accurate charges accordingly. - Collaborate with clinical departments to identify and resolve errors preventing charge logs from posting. - Identify and report charging trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement to leadership. - Stay current with hospital charging rules, methodologies, and regulatory updates. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology and Epic system training as provided by Orlando Health. - Meet departmental quality and productivity standards while demonstrating self-motivation and accountability. - Crosstrain across all hospital service lines to support comprehensive charge management functions. - Maintain compliance with all Orlando Health policies, procedures, and attendance standards, including ADA, FMLA, and other applicable regulations. - Maintain reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards. - Maintain compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
