SMB Account Executive

SurveyMonkey

• Manage the entire sales motion from initial prospecting and outbound outreach to consultative positioning, complex negotiation, and closing. • Identify and qualify high-value prospects and expansion opportunities using tools like ZoomInfo and Outreach. • Apply the Sandler selling methodology and MEDDPICC framework to uncover customer needs. • Utilize Salesforce and Gong to track deal progress and refine strategies. • Prioritize accounts and manage multiple workstreams concurrently to achieve quota.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of full-cycle sales experience
  • Proven Multi-Channel Prospecting
  • Demonstrated success applying MEDDPICC or a comparable framework
  • Direct experience using Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo
  • Proactive in adopting AI productivity tools
  • Experience building formal business cases and executing Mutual Action Plans (MAPs)
