Arize AI
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience • Coordinate new hire logistics, documentation, system access, and communications • Maintain employee records and organizational data within the HRIS • Support employee changes including promotions, compensation updates, and organizational changes • Help administer core People programs including performance reviews, engagement surveys, learning initiatives, and employee events • Support documentation and maintenance of People policies, processes, and internal resources • Assist with recurring operational workflows, reporting, and process coordination • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on employee-related processes • Assist with audits, compliance tracking, and policy acknowledgements • Help maintain accurate employee data and reporting • Coordinate operational support for international employees and EOR processes where applicable • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, employee experience, and operational scalability • Help create documentation and standard operating procedures for recurring People Operations workflows • Contribute to building a strong operational foundation for a growing organization
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in People Operations, HR, Recruiting Operations, or business operations
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and common People systems preferred
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
