• We're looking for strong backend engineers who love building reliable systems around fragmented, but high-value data. • As part of the Core Backend team, you’ll work on the systems at the center of Kalepa: designing services, data models, pipelines, and evaluation loops. • The goal is not just cleaner data, but an intelligence layer that makes better, faster, and more explainable decisions. • You’ll join a high-ownership team responsible for some of Kalepa’s most business-critical infrastructure. Your work will make our data more complete, our decisions more transparent, and our products even more valuable.

• Experience in medium to high complexity projects, working from conception through production delivery; • Involvement in defining solution architecture and development standards; • Performing code reviews, automated testing, and applying development best practices; • Experience with cloud environments and production applications; • Object-Oriented development and componentization.

• Support your team in the ongoing development and reimplementation of systems for issuing and invalidating event tickets, as well as their dispatch • Design and develop new features: from requirements analysis to the implementation of individual development steps • Make solution-oriented, pragmatic and economically sound trade-offs between visionary ideas and optimal software architecture • Take responsibility for process monitoring, with a particular focus on scalability • Some operations (DevOps) work, in collaboration with our two administrators • We follow the motto “you built it, you run it”; with support from our core team we rely on the advantages of NestJS in the backend and React in the frontend
