Role Description As an Artifact Expert — Data Analyst, you will: - Review existing analytics slides, SQL/Python notebooks, and sheets, providing detailed, constructive feedback to enhance clarity and accuracy. - Create original analytics artifacts such as insight decks, ad-hoc analyses, and A/B-test write-ups, ensuring high standards of analytical rigor. - Annotate and comment on artifacts to improve structure and narrative, elevating the analytical rigor of each piece. - Apply data-analysis expertise to ensure artifacts reflect realistic, high-quality professional output. - Work independently and asynchronously to deliver consistent, high-quality work on a flexible schedule. Qualifications - 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, analytics engineering, or data science. - Comfortable with SQL, Python or R, and presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong attention to detail and written communication. - Self-directed; can deliver consistent, high-quality work on a flexible schedule.
