• Identify, assess, and drive the resolution of hardware and software quality issues across the charging infrastructure and charging process overall for HPC chargers (≥350 kW) covering both all in-one and power distributed architectures • Monitor and analyze recurring hardware and software failures, including structured root cause identification • Manage software/firmware test environments and oversee the validation of new software and firmware releases within the IONITY charging ecosystem. • Support, monitor, and evaluate software rollouts with a focus on system performance and the effectiveness of bug fixes • Serve as the central quality interface between Network Operations (N.OPS) and the Technical Supplier Management team as well as directly with IONITY suppliers • Collaborate closely with IONITY manufacturing partners to conduct in-depth root cause analyses and implement sustainable corrective actions

• Help take cloud platform from pre-production to production readiness and scale. • Work closely with engineering and data teams to bring infrastructure under code. • Improve deployment pipelines, set up monitoring and alerting, and support production deployment of data pipelines and risk oracle workloads. • Assess and harden current platform setup primarily on GCP. • Bring infrastructure under Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or similar. • Standardize development, staging, and production environments. • Design and operate the platform's networking layer: VPC architecture, private connectivity, load balancing. • Lead decisions on workload management between Cloud Run and GKE. • Harden GitHub Actions pipelines. • Set up monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and dashboards across the platform. • Work with data teams to productionize data pipelines and risk oracle workloads. • Establish secrets management, audit logging, IAM, and access patterns.

• Assist in monitoring system performance, uptime, and reliability • Support incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis • Monitor SRE alerts on Slack channels and actively report issues • Learn and assist with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams

Qualifications - Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung in der IT. - Erfahrung in der technischen Beratung. - Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Cloud-Native Technologien und im Plattform Engineering, insbesondere in Private Cloud- oder hybriden Umgebungen. - Exzellente Kenntnisse im Kubernetes-Ökosystem. - Umfassende Erfahrung in der Konzeption von Cloud- und Plattform-Architekturen (IaaS/PaaS). - Fundierte Kenntnisse in Public-Cloud-Plattformen (z.B.
