• Client Onboarding: Facilitate the adaptation of new clients, getting them up to speed with our employment solutions and setting them up for a successful working relationship with WorkMotion. • Active Product Usage: Monitor your client portfolio's health, continuously realigning client needs with our business solutions, facilitating business changes that impact clients, and driving upsell campaigns. Make them expand with us! • Client retention activist: Facilitate the exit process, ensuring a smooth transition while leaving the door open for future opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year work experience in Customer Success, Sales or Business Development Representative roles
- Language: **English** excellent verbal and written communication abilities, **German - is a big plus**
- Energetic, Motivated: Displaying enthusiasm and a proactive attitude that drives engagement and inspires confidence in clients and team members
- Diligent Documentation: maintaining thorough and accurate records
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Every client matters!
