• Provide effective customer service to patients and internal departments • Handle 65-80 inbound and outbound calls per day • Make outbound calls to contact patients about their balances and offer financial assistance options • Screen and route patient calls to other departments efficiently • Maintain great working relationships for the benefit of the patient

Job Requirements

  • Six (6) months of experience serving a large number of customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Six (6) months of experience using a computer and typing with proficiency and accuracy
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
  • Prior work experience with medical and billing terminology (preferred)
  • Prior work experience in healthcare (preferred)

Role Description We're looking for a HubSpot CRM Administrator to own, optimize, and scale the HubSpot environment for a fast-growing national renovation and restoration contractor. This is a post-implementation role where the system has been built and now needs to be refined, maintained, and leveraged for insights and growth. If you have come from an agency background where you managed multiple HubSpot accounts and are ready to go deep on one, this role is a strong fit.
