Role Description We're looking for a HubSpot CRM Administrator to own, optimize, and scale the HubSpot environment for a fast-growing national renovation and restoration contractor. This is a post-implementation role where the system has been built and now needs to be refined, maintained, and leveraged for insights and growth. If you have come from an agency background where you managed multiple HubSpot accounts and are ready to go deep on one, this role is a strong fit. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience administering HubSpot CRM - Strong experience building HubSpot reports and dashboards - Hands-on experience with data migrations, imports, and cleanup - Experience building and maintaining workflows and automation in HubSpot - Strong understanding of CRM data structure and lifecycle management - Comfortable presenting and training non-technical end users - Ability to translate business needs into CRM solutions independently - Experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops preferred - Familiarity with CRM integrations and APIs Requirements - Own day-to-day management of the HubSpot CRM system - Maintain and optimize properties, pipelines, objects, and workflows - Ensure system structure aligns with evolving business needs - Identify and implement process improvements proactively - Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and internal teams - Translate business questions into actionable CRM reporting - Ensure data consistency and reliability for accurate reporting across functions - Manage data imports, cleanup, and deduplication - Maintain data hygiene and enforce best practices across teams - Audit and troubleshoot data discrepancies - Partner with team leads to ensure consistent data entry and process adherence - Create and optimize automation workflows - Monitor workflow performance and troubleshoot issues - Ensure all automated processes are efficient, scalable, and well-documented - Serve as the primary point of contact for all HubSpot users - Train and support internal teams on CRM usage and best practices - Document processes and maintain an internal knowledge base - Present data and training materials clearly to non-technical stakeholders Benefits - You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) - Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy - Observance of Holidays per company guidelines - 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive - Full ownership of the HubSpot environment inside a growing national contractor - Direct collaboration with the Director of Marketing and cross-functional teams How to Apply Please include: - Your updated resume - A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, walking through a HubSpot workflow or dashboard you built, and describing how you have trained or supported end users in a previous role Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.
