Account Coordinator

Transfr

• Generate and process customized quotes and renewals for timely delivery 95+ days in advance of renewal dates • Maintain accurate account data and deal tracking in Salesforce • Monitor and triage inbound customer requests, escalating when needed • Support Account Manager by handling administrative and operational tasks • Identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors

Job Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in a customer-facing, operations, or administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a process driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
