• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling. • Identify and qualify potential B2B clients interested in AI and SaaS solutions. • Book high-quality discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives. • Research target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers. • Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates within CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce. • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates. • Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle. • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs related to outreach activity, meetings booked, and pipeline generation. • Stay updated on AI trends, SaaS technologies, and competitive market insights.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a **Sales Development Representative**, Business Development, or outbound sales role.
  • Previous experience selling or prospecting for **AI SaaS**, B2B SaaS, or technology solutions.
  • Strong cold calling and outbound lead generation experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to hit sales targets and KPIs in a remote environment.
  • Strong research, objection handling, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working with US, UK, or international clients and time zones.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven.
