Sales Development Representative – EN, FR speaking
Synera
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team. • Actively reach out to engineering leads and decision-makers via cold outreach — email, LinkedIn, and phone. • Design and run targeted outbound campaigns, working closely with the marketing team to refine messaging and approach. • Generate interest in Synera's agentic AI solutions through storytelling and value-driven conversations. • Test new approaches and develop our SDR playbook.
Job Requirements
- Solid experience in outbound sales in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong English and French language skills (spoken and written) are required.
- Additional proficiency in a European language is a plus.
- Ability to pitch complex technical solutions convincingly (bonus if you have experience with AI, CAD, CAE, or engineering automation).
- Comfortable handling rejection and iterating quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, cold outreach tools, and LinkedIn prospecting (e.g., Salesforce, Clay, Sales Navigator, Aircall).
