Job Description
AI Product Label & Visual Designer
GTE
Role Description We are hiring for a Supplement Label & Product Visual Designer to join our team! We are not looking for a traditional “brand designer,” but rather someone who understands how to create clean supplement labels, product visuals, and high-quality product-page images while also having a strong feeling for branding and presentation. A very important part of this role is the use of AI tools and modern creative workflows. We are launching a large amount of products (~180+ supplements), so speed, scalability, and efficiency matter a lot. If your workflow is only Canva or standard Adobe editing without understanding modern AI-assisted workflows, this role is probably not the right fit. Because this business is being built from the ground up, we are looking for someone who enjoys growing together with a company from an early stage and wants to have real ownership and impact on the visual direction and workflows. - Create supplement labels for multiple products and brands - Design product-page visuals, mockups, and product images for Shopify stores - Use AI tools and modern creative workflows to scale content production efficiently - Make sure labels follow USA supplement compliance instructions and formatting requirements - Manage a high volume of SKUs while maintaining consistency and quality Qualifications - Experience creating supplement labels or packaging designs - Strong feeling for branding, layout, typography, and product presentation - Experience using AI tools - Ability to create clean, premium-looking product visuals fast - Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Midjourney, ChatGPT, AI image tools, or similar workflows - Ability to work independently across many SKUs and brands - Strong attention to detail

• Lead a high-impact creative function in a flexible, work‑anywhere role. • Shape strategy, build a high-performing team and deliver bold design that drives real results and career growth. • Act as the organisation’s leading creative authority, setting and maintaining high design standards, shaping creative strategy, and delivering compelling, student‑centric work across channels. • Present and champion bold, differentiated creative to university partners. • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Manage resource allocation, capability development, and external support to meet both BAU and strategic priorities. • Build scalable design systems, frameworks, and workflows that ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency. • Own design tools and platforms (e.g., Figma) as the single source of truth and drive best-practice briefing, intake, and delivery processes. • Drive adoption of AI and emerging tools to enhance creative output and efficiency. • Partner closely with marketing teams and university stakeholders to deliver high-impact creative outcomes.
• Review and update 750+ content images to ensure visual alignment with brand standards and content quality across the platform. • Design and prototype animated overlays for in-app notifications and gamification features, drawing inspiration from progressive onboarding patterns (think Duolingo-style engagement flows). • Lead the creation and implementation of interaction and motion design elements across web and mobile. • Bridge product design and marketing to deliver cohesive multi-channel visual experiences including app, website, ads, and presentations. • Ensure consistency with design systems and brand standards across all touchpoints. • Contribute to usability testing and synthesize user insights to inform design iterations. • Roll out approved UI/GUI enhancements to the production app and track feature performance over time. • Document design decisions and maintain organized, scalable design asset libraries. • Collaborate with stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, and executive teams.

SAI is a Pledge 1% corporate philanthropy movement member. Through this program, SAI contributes to the local community and seeks to inspire and encourage other companies to do the same. Job Description Overview piplanning.io is a purpose-built SaaS web application that helps organizations plan and execute at scale, supporting PI Planning and ongoing execution with visual, collaborative workflows with dedicated whiteboard/canvas experiences. We’re a small, highly accountable product team with end-to-end responsibility for piplanning.io’s success inside Scaled Agile, Inc. (SAI), from discovery and delivery to supporting sales motions and helping customers succeed in the real world. Our work is used in complex, high-stakes enterprise environments, so we care deeply about clarity, reliability, and craftsmanship. (piplanning.io is part of SAI, the company behind SAFe®, supporting a global community and enterprise customers.) About the Role We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong B2B SaaS web-app experience who can own meaningful product areas end-to-end. You’ll work closely with our customers, product, engineering, and go-to-market partners to simplify complex workflows, raise design quality, and ship improvements that customers feel immediately. What You’ll Be Doing - Own design from discovery to delivery: frame problems, map flows, prototype, design high-fidelity UI, partner with engineers through implementation, and iterate after release. - Design complex B2B workflows and make them feel intuitive, fast, and “obviously correct” for enterprise users. - Push interaction design for our purpose-built whiteboards/canvases: object models, editing states, affordances, spatial navigation, consistency, edge cases, and scalability. - Create strong prototypes in Figma (and beyond when needed) to validate ideas early and align stakeholders. - Contribute to (and evolve) our design system: patterns, components, interaction standards, and documentation that help us ship faster without sacrificing quality. - Collaborate cross-functionally: Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, because in our team, design is part of the full loop (value discovery → delivery → adoption → customer success → value discovery). - Use qualitative + quantitative signals to guide decisions (customer calls, support data, product usage, feedback loops) and make tradeoffs explicit. And yes, you’ll also use AI not just to work faster, but to create AI-driven capabilities for our users (e.g., smart suggestions, insight generation, automation) that measurably improve planning and execution outcomes. Qualifications A successful candidate will have: - Proven product design experience for B2B SaaS web apps, with a portfolio that shows decision-making and outcomes. - Advanced Figma skills and experience contributing to design systems and reusable patterns. - Strong UX fundamentals: Information architecture, interaction design, visual hierarchy, accessibility, and systems thinking. - Confidence in collaborating with engineers, comfortable discussing constraints, tradeoffs, and implementation details to protect design intent through launch. - High ownership in small teams and the ability to drive from ambiguity to shipped outcomes. Nice to have (big plus): - Experience designing whiteboard/canvas tools or other complex interaction products. - Experience with enterprise admin concepts (roles/permissions/workspace management) and/or onboarding/activation flows. - Familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping workflows (Lovable, Figma Make, or similar) to turn insights into prototypes for rapid user validation. Why Join Us - Real ownership: you’ll shape core product experiences, not just “make screens.” - High-leverage design problems: enterprise planning, visual collaboration, and complex workflows where clarity and quality matters. - Part of Scaled Agile, Inc. with global reach and a large professional ecosystem while still operating in a focused product team. Additional Information Where you’ll be working: European Country, ideally in Switzerland, Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland. We proudly support a collaborative remote environment for our globally distributed teammates, while also using our Boulder office as a resource. #LI-Remote Terms: We are open to both part-time and full-time contracts. Wondering if You Should Apply? If you have strong B2B SaaS web-app design experience and you’re excited to own problems end-to-end, especially in a product where collaboration and “canvas” interactions matter, we’d love to hear from you. You don’t need to match every bullet to apply. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
