Role Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Data Entry Clerk to accurately capture, maintain, and manage data across our systems. This fully remote role is well suited to a meticulous individual who works quickly and takes pride in delivering error-free results. - Accurately capture and input data into company systems, spreadsheets, and databases - Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency - Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors in a timely manner - Maintain organised digital records and filing systems - Generate basic reports and summaries from captured data as required - Liaise with team members to clarify data requirements or resolve queries - Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Qualifications - 1+ years of experience in a data entry or administrative support role - Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 45 WPM preferred) - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment - Familiarity with CRM or database management systems is advantageous - Good written communication skills for internal correspondence - Matric certificate required; relevant diploma or certificate is advantageous Requirements - Salary: R25,000/month - 100% Remote
