Lease Analyst

• Review, abstract, and process commercial leases and related legal documents • Extract and summarize key lease data, including rent terms, renewal options, obligations, and expense details • Perform accurate data entry, validation, and ongoing maintenance of lease records • Process lease change requests and amendments • Verify lease compliance, mathematical accuracy, and alignment with industry standards • Identify and flag potential compliance or data issues for clients or leadership • Track and resolve mid‑level issues; escalate complex or high‑risk issues as needed • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives • Recommend system, process, or workflow enhancements to improve quality and efficiency • Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial property management, lease administration, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively across diverse audiences
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects or client priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with industry best practices related to lease administration and compliance
- Nice to have: Experience working with lease abstraction systems or property management software, Exposure to large or multi‑property lease portfolios, Experience supporting client‑facing teams or external stakeholders

• Utility Payment Evaluation: Research and, if necessary, make payment on urgent past due notices and high priority issues for any account that could be in jeopardy of service shut off. Utilize internal TEOCO systems to document payment activity to ensure accurate financial governance. Utilize specific client systems to gather data that will support decision making. Analyze collected data to determine if emergency payment is required. Candidate will conduct Vendor/Supplier outreach, as necessary, plus undertake collaboration with internal teams. Handle root cause analysis and incorporate lessons learned from past incidents. • Functional Management: Function as a back-up to management when current manager is out or not available for certain time periods. Provide mentorship to other team members. Assist with documentation of processes and training of new employees as needed. • Become a SME in TEOCO, client, and payment partner systems, include querying tools.
