Manager, Sponsorship & Exhibition Experiences

• Deliver a first-class sponsor experience, managing sponsors through all stages of event participation • Oversee the execution of sponsorship packages, MPOs, exhibitor participation, booth experiences, content, digital activations, graphics, registration and onsite support • Develop and improve processes that support seamless sponsor delivery • Create and maintain sponsor readiness materials, content guidance, policies and technical specifications • Ensure sponsors are aligned to key milestones, timelines and deliverables across multiple events • Support the development of long-term sponsor relationships and identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell in partnership with sales teams • Drive continuous improvement in sponsor engagement and delivery experiences • Act as the voice of the sponsor internally and externally, advocating for sponsor needs and priorities • Work directly with clients and partner teams to ensure smooth execution of sponsorship deliverables • Collaborate across multiple client workstreams to execute sponsorship packages and marketing opportunities • Support financial tracking, forecasting and reporting related to sponsorship delivery where required • Provide onsite event support, including live troubleshooting and stakeholder management • Contribute to the wider sponsorship and account teams by sharing knowledge and best practices • Support across a portfolio of events, flexing across projects and priorities where needed • Participate in agency and client account calls, helping strengthen client relationships and future sponsorship opportunities • Maintain strong knowledge of team systems, tools, processes and resources
Job Requirements
- Experience working in sponsorship execution, ideally within conferences, exhibitions or large-scale live events
- Proven experience delivering sponsorship packages and exhibitor programmes
- Experience using sponsor/exhibitor management platforms (RainFocus experience desirable)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with tools such as Monday.com or similar project management systems
- Strong customer service mindset with exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work at pace, under pressure and across multiple event timelines
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and OneNote
- Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem is desirable
- Comfortable working autonomously within a distributed/global team

Role Description Atlas Workplace Services have a great opportunity for a Contract Manager, with experience in Hard & Soft Services to join our team working remotely with regular travel to our head office in Milton Keynes and our clients' national portfolio. The Contract Manager role has the responsibility for the P&L, operational management and delivery of a range of leading facilities management services across the clients estate, ensuring that the portfolio is safe, fit for purpose, and fully operational in accordance with client and customer expectations, and also the high standards of service associated with Atlas Workplace Services.
