Role Description We are hiring a Security Sales Lead - US to establish and grow Terra Quantum’s presence in the United States market for post-quantum cryptography (PQC) and quantum-safe security solutions. This is a field-first, outbound-focused role centered on building pipeline, developing enterprise relationships, and driving early customer engagements. You will not inherit pipeline; this role is responsible for creating it through outbound efforts, field engagement, and relationship building. This position plays a pivotal role in introducing Terra Quantum to US enterprises, federal stakeholders, and critical infrastructure organizations. You will focus on: - Opening doors and creating opportunities - Positioning our platform with security leaders - Working closely with internal technical and leadership teams to advance and close deals You will lead early-stage customer engagements, beginning with outreach and relationship development, progressing into workshops, pilots, and design partnerships. Your overall objective will be to establish Terra Quantum as a trusted partner in quantum-safe security and help customers begin their migration journey toward PQC readiness. You will operate independently in building pipeline and managing relationships while collaborating closely with leadership, technical experts, and product teams to support deal progression and market development. This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy building pipeline from scratch, spending time in the field, and creating opportunities through outreach and relationships. It is not a fit for candidates primarily focused on managing inbound demand or late-stage deal execution. The role is remote with travel for key conferences, customer meetings, and industry events.
