• Lead multiple engineering teams within a product domain, ensuring predictable delivery, strong execution, and high engineering standards • Partner closely with Product Leaders, Architects, and stakeholders to align technical decisions and delivery plans with business goals • Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement across teams • Support teams in designing scalable, maintainable solutions while balancing delivery speed, technical debt, and long-term product health • Improve engineering processes, delivery effectiveness, operational maturity, and cross-team collaboration • Foster experimentation, fast feedback loops, pragmatic decision-making, and adoption of modern engineering practices • Mentor and develop engineers, support career growth, performance management, and leadership development • Participate in hiring, organizational scaling, and resource planning across the domain

Job Requirements

  • Experience managing software engineering teams
  • Strong software engineering background in .NET or JS, with hands-on experience in scalable distributed systems and cloud architectures
  • Proven ability to drive delivery, engineering quality, and organizational effectiveness
  • Strong understanding of modern software development practices, Agile delivery, and system design
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Architecture, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • Experience mentoring engineering talent
  • Ability to make pragmatic decisions and operate effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with AI-powered products or AI-assisted engineering workflows is a plus
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
