Role Description As a Senior Frontend Developer at Lamdax, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality user interfaces for our web applications. You will collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver performant and scalable frontend solutions that provide excellent user experiences. Your expertise will help drive innovation and ensure our products meet demanding technical and business requirements. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using modern frontend technologies such as React. - Collaborate closely with designers and backend developers to implement robust and scalable features. - Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards. - Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development processes. - Mentor junior frontend developers and contribute to continuous improvement of the team’s skills and processes. - Stay current with emerging frontend technologies, trends, and industry best practices. Qualifications - 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio. - Expertise in JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Proficiency in React. - Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. - Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services. - Familiarity with version control systems like Git and agile methodologies. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team. - Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.

• Plan and lead frontend development within your value team, collaborating closely with PMs, designers, and backend engineers. • Translate designs into production user interfaces that are accessible, performant, well-tested, and consistent with the rest of the product. • Build prototypes to put working code in front of customers when validating product ideas. • Own web performance on the surfaces you touch, ensuring excellent Core Web Vitals to boost conversion rates. • Champion accessibility across the platform (WCAG 2.2 AA is the baseline). • Contribute to architecture decisions that cross the frontend/backend line, including API boundaries and real-time updates. • Maintain shared standards across a React/TypeScript monorepo through code reviews and technical councils. • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the evolution of the company's design system.

• Improve and enhance queryless exploration workflows. • Collaborate with your team and with others at Grafana to deliver new features, analyze outcomes, and make improvements. • Lead projects from concept to implementation, incorporating ongoing customer support. • Take an active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives. • Participate in shared on-call rotations and take responsibility for the services you oversee. • Support and mentor team members, engage in design conversations, and work closely with colleagues. • Expand your skill set by deepening your knowledge of our cloud products, understanding our customers, and learning about our codebase.

• Design, develop, test cool new features (examples of tasks: custom UI-kit, FB bot, integration with Instagram, Tiktok and analytics services) • Support: for this year, we've definitely determined to reduce tech debt in order to be more flexible and scale faster in terms of new fics. It's up to you to refactor and reduce the amount of tech debt; • Documentation: Write technical specifications; • Participate in the development and support of the platform (opportunity to influence the product and company/business development in general) • Participate in team activities: stand ups, demos, tech retrospective.
