Role Description Our Engineering Team is looking for a strategic, visionary, and hands-on leader to join us as a Principal Engineer / Software Architect. In this role, you’ll define the technical backbone of our global HR platform, drive AI-powered innovation, and ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and future-proof.
