Job Description

Commercial Marketing Manager

Informa Group Plc.

Role Description We’re hiring a commercially driven, insight-led Commercial Marketing Manager (Contractor) to support the execution of high-performing campaigns across a portfolio of global B2B events. You’ll work across cybersecurity, fintech, and tech, helping us generate high-quality leads, support sales conversion, and hit ambitious revenue targets. This is a contract-based, remote or Riyadh-based role, ideal for a self-sufficient marketing expert who’s confident in owning campaign delivery and using data to steer performance. - Deliver marketing campaigns on time, within deadline and at a consistently high standard. - Support the marketing team to contribute 5-15% of total revenue (event-depending) through MQL generation and nurture. - Use our tech stack to build automations, segment data, and report insights that highlight what’s working (and what isn’t). Responsibilities - Lead on the execution of multi-channel campaigns (email, content, digital, automation). - Build audience segments and automations in CRM (Salesforce, Eloqua, or equivalent). - Collaborate with the brand, attendee marketing, and sales teams to align marketing activity with pipeline goals. - Report on campaign performance and provide insight-based recommendations for optimisation. - Apply AI tools (like ChatGPT) to speed up content production and streamline repetitive tasks. - Identify trends and opportunities for repurposing campaign assets across the portfolio. - Support development of future marketing strategies based on campaign analysis and commercial performance. Qualifications - Bachelors Degree - Proven B2B marketing experience (events, SaaS, or demand generation preferred). - Expert-level experience with CRM systems and marketing automation, platform flexible but you must understand the fundamentals (segmentation, lead scoring, nurture flows). - Data-savvy and insight-driven, you track what’s working and aren’t afraid to pivot. - Hands-on campaign executor who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team. - Confident in copywriting, building emails, and planning out campaign timelines. - Collaborative and curious, someone who actively spots ways to improve cross-team workflows. - AI-aware, you know how to use ChatGPT and other AI tools to improve productivity and output. Requirements - Experience working with Eloqua, Salesforce, Airtable, or similar tools (optional but nice to have). - Prior experience in the Middle East or KSA markets (optional but nice to have). - Exposure to paid media strategy or briefing (optional but nice to have). - Fintech, cybersecurity, or tech industry knowledge (not required). Benefits - Please note that you will be employed on a consultant basis. - This is a 12 month contract role only, thank you! - We work hard to make sure life at Tahaluf is rewarding, supportive and enjoyable for everyone. - We champion energy and ambition and look for colleagues who will roll their sleeves up, join in and help make things happen. - We don't just accept difference, we celebrate it. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and circumstances and base hiring decisions on relevant qualifications and merit. - We are proud to provide a disability-friendly environment. If you require any support or adjustments to participate in our interview or selection processes, please let us know.

Role Description You’ll own and optimise the B2C member journey across our growing user base, driving engagement, activation, and product adoption through a digital-first marketing approach. Email is currently our primary channel, but this role is about much more than email; it’s about building journeys across new channels, testing ideas, improving engagement, and helping shape how we communicate with members as we scale. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. We’re looking for someone with high ownership and strong instincts, someone who moves quickly, spots opportunities without being asked, challenges constructively, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. What You’ll Be Doing - Owning the B2C member journey end-to-end, delivering engaging and value-driven experiences across multiple touchpoints. - Planning, writing, building, and executing campaigns designed to drive engagement, activation, and product adoption. - Identifying gaps and opportunities within the member journey, building lifecycle and CRM campaigns to improve member outcomes. - Monitoring campaign and engagement performance, using data and insight to continuously optimise results. - Presenting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams. - Testing and exploring new channels, messaging, and growth opportunities using a data-led, test-and-learn approach. - Creating compelling member-facing content across email, intranet, posters, and digital communications. - Acting as the internal expert on member engagement, messaging quality, and customer communications. - Supporting the development and continuous improvement of CRM journeys, marketing processes, and engagement frameworks. - Collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Commercial teams to improve the overall member experience. Qualifications - Experience within B2C marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, with a track record of owning campaigns end-to-end. - Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling messaging that resonates with a consumer audience. - Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms to manage campaigns, journeys, and engagement reporting. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insight into action. - A proactive, high-agency mindset with the confidence to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, challenge constructively, and take ownership without waiting for direction. - High attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality customer experiences and communications. - Energy, curiosity, and a genuine hunger to test, improve, and continuously optimise performance. - Experience balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment. It Would Be Great If You Also Had - Experience within fintech, financial services, employee benefits, payroll, or SaaS environments. - Exposure to public sector audiences, including NHS or local government organisations. - Experience within a scaling or high-growth business environment. - Experience across broader marketing channels beyond CRM and email. Benefits - Fully remote working, with the flexibility to work from where you perform best. - 25 days' annual leave, increasing with tenure, plus the option to purchase up to 5 additional days. - Your birthday off. - Collaborative team bonus for non-commission roles. - Pension with salary sacrifice contributions, AVC options, and pension contributions on bonus earnings. - Salary sacrifice schemes through Perkbox - car leasing, gym memberships, tech purchases. - Medical cashback scheme. - Enhanced parental leave. Recruitment Process - Stage 1 — People & Culture Call - A conversation about your experience, motivations, and cultural fit. - Stage 2 — Hiring Manager Interview - A 1-hour competency-based interview covering Customer Success experience, commercial thinking, and customer engagement approach. - Final Stage — Panel Interview & Practical Exercise - A collaborative final-stage interview with a relevant practical exercise.
