Helpdesk Support Specialist

• Provide technical support to internal employees via remote tools, chat, and email • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues across all platforms • Manage tickets and prioritize requests to ensure timely response and resolution • Set up, configure, and troubleshoot laptops and mobile devices for team members • Perform regular maintenance, updates, and software installations on employee devices • Document solutions and build our knowledge base to help the team learn and grow

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic Linux troubleshooting
  • Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.) and ticketing systems
  • Solid understanding of network configurations and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills—you can explain tech stuff to anyone, no matter their background
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack management, Jira configuration, or MDM systems would be fantastic

Role Description Under direction, the Senior IT Developer is assigned to the most complex development projects and offers solutions to technical problems across systems platforms. Responsibilities include leading and overseeing work results, documenting detailed specifications, programming, participating in unit/systems testing, and maintenance of internally developed applications, and evaluating and testing performance of purchased products. Senior IT Developers are responsible for including IT Controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity, as well as availability of the application and data processed or output across applications. Senior IT Developers provide training and serve as a technical resource for other Developers. Essential Responsibilities - Development (60%): - Write code for highly complex designs. Write programs that span platforms. - Develops code mostly for new programs. - Reviews code developed by other Developers, identifies, and resolves complex issues. - Provide input and drive programming standards. - Write detailed and complex technical specifications. - Identify integration points. Review technical specs created by other developers.
